…is the overall theme of the events we organize for you. We, that are the two of us: Dr. Petra Maass, dpm, and Tina Ochs, TaijiDao.

Do you have a busy life? Are you sometimes stressed at home or at work? Does the stress already affect you, physically or mentally? Are you, on the other side, a bon vivant and do you like the extraordinary? Then you should join us for one of our events. You can exercise physically, relax mentally and simply enjoy life in special and vibrant places. You can simply allow yourself to enjoy life and do something good for your body, mind and soul.


Everything can, nothing must be done...
…for sure not in a perfect or good looking way...


Have you ever asked yourself: How can I let go and relax, leave anxiety and stress behind? How can I do something good and become more responsible for myself (and others)? We want to help you to experience how to achieve that.

We all have the ability to be attentive and mindful. We would like to remind you of that, to help you to bring calmness and mindfulness back into your life and to enjoy it wholeheartedly.

Finally, we want you to take something home: Some small exercises, that you can easily implement in your daily routine at home or in the office. Eventually , there is only one way for a lasting change: Practise, practise, practise.


What can you expect? What will you get?


During the day you will move and relax. Exercises adapted to your needs, among others taken from QiGong and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), will help you to revive your body and mind and to leave the daily stress behind. In the evening we take a break to rest our souls and to enjoy life, during a wine tasting, a fine diner or another delightful event.

You just want to enjoy? No problem. If you do not want to take part in the exercises and you come together with a seminar participant, you can also join for the evening event only.
